Holmes Packaging's block bottom multiwall sacks contain an integral sealed liner. The mouth of the liner is glued into the mouth of the multiwall sack, enabling quick, simple presentation to the filling head. The filled sack then moves to the sealing station where the liner is sealed and the multiwall sack closed, providing a hygienically sealed package. When the multiwall paper sack is opened, the sealed inner liner can be removed and taken into a hygienic environment for processing.
